Our shiny new still gets initiated! After weeks of assembling the pieces and getting spouts, nozzles, valves and gaskets welded into place, we steam distilled our first round of lavender this week. Look at that oil! The barn smells heavenly. More good things to come!

The Lavender Project Continues

Thanks to all our friends who helped make our second lavender planting day such a success! The sun shone, the music played, the wine flowed, the food kept coming and we got another 1000 plants in the ground.
